Thank you for showing an interest in us. We are the Wishes & Dreams Disc Jockey Service, and our number one goal is making YOUR dreams become reality!  Over the past 17 years we have been providing people with lasting memories of their functions, and each function is unique in it’s own way. We chose the name "Wishes & Dreams" because it best describes the feelings of what came true for the many brides and grooms that we have had the honour to entertain. We believe that special memories will last a lifetime, and will do our very best to make your night memorable and unique!

Over the course of an evening a DJ can play as many as 70 selections. A music programmer/DJ must be an expert party maker because his/her selections will either draw people to the dance floor, or leave them staring into their drinks. Our personable entertainers are attuned to the mood of the crowd and will select the music accordingly, taking note on what types of music to play, how to pace it, and keep the evening flowing.

What about our music? We have a wide variety of tunes to keep you dancing until your feet hurt!!! Our CD library contains music from: The Big Bands, Ballroom Dances, 50's & 60's, 70's & 80's, Country, Adult Contemporary, Top 40 Rock, Classic Rock, Alternative, Disco & Old School, Latin, Dance, Euro, House, Freestyle, R&B, Reggae, Calypso and Soca to name a few!

Our Ethnic Music includes: Jewish, Italian, Greek, Portuguese, Arabic, Polish, West Indian (not just "Hot Hot Hot" and "Dollar Wine"), East Indian and more! WE ENCOURAGE AND PLAY REQUESTS.

You will find the dance selections professionally "beat-mixed" for non-stop music and fun just like at the clubs!  Using Professional "Beat Mixing" and "Teasing" we create excitement through music!

Our entertainers also work in the bar/club industry and can cater to all nationalities and ages!

Our entertainers only use the very best in cutting edge technology where equipment is concerned.  We use industry standard brands such as DENON (DNS-5000 / DN-2600F), Numark (Pro-Scratch), Yorkville, QSC, JBL and Technics (for vinyl).  Visual Special Effects include: Intelligent Lights, Dry Ice, Streamer Cannon, Disco Ball, LeFlame and much more!  Top notch gear, coupled with experienced entertainers, will  have your guests talking and partying the night away!

We have won TWO First Place Awards in DJ Spin-offs. The first was on September 10, 1994, and the second was on December 15^th , 1997.  We are very proud of these accomplishments, and use the same skills at our functions.
